Christophe Lee, Founder and CEO
Christophe Lee is a senior investment management professional with 28 years of experience at financial institutions including Morgan Stanley (FrontPoint Partners), Sun Hung Kai Financial Group, Goldman Sachs and Bankers Trust. In 2015 he founded JP Asia Partners to offer consulting services to asset & wealth management and to FinTech companies (clients include Tencent). He is a Fintech advisor to HKX Tech and Beyond Ventures and serves on the advisory board of several Fintech companies. Before that he was the CFO and Director of a global private MedTech company, helping the family owners with their IPO plans.
Christophe played an active role is the development of asset management industry in Hong Kong. His HKSAR government appointments include the Financial Services Development Council (FSDC) and the advisory committee of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) from 2007 - 2009. Mr. Lee chaired The Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA) Hong Kong (the global trade association for hedge funds) for 8 years from 2004 to 2012.

Sarakorn (Bobby) Gerjarusak,
Chief Risk Officer and Responsible Officer
Sarakorn (Bobby) Gerjarusak is senior global markets professional with expertise in structuring financial products and risk management. Bobby has over 25 years of experience working in major global investment banks, including UBS, Goldman Sachs (MD and Head of FX and Rate Structuring), HSBC, Lehman Brothers, Barclays Capital and Merrill Lynch. Bobby is currently a visiting professor (FinTech, Department of Finance) at the Chinese University Hong Kong.
Bobby had several roles at UBS, including Head of Structuring, where he managed a team of 30 professionals to structure trades across equities, FX, rates and credit. Bobby was also Asia Pacific Head of Non-Core and Legacy, where he led the team dedicated to unwinding assets which UBS did not want to keep on its books.
Bobby has a PhD, MS and BS in Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Yale University, and University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Jose Cheng, Advisors
Mr. Cheng has over twenty five years of experience in private equity, investment management, and consumer retail business. He is currently Managing Director of Fung Investment Management Limited under the Fung Group (The Fung Group is a multinational group of companies whose core businesses are sourcing, logistics, distribution and retailing. www.funggroup.com), Chief Strategy Officer of Branded Lifestyle Holdings Limited and the CEO of Fung Fashion Limited (both are brand management and consumer retail companies). He has served on many listed and private companies' boards of directors and is currently also a director of Furla Hong Kong Retail Limited, a ladies accessories company; and a director of KTF Holdings Limited, which invests in the business of textile and apparel sourcing, distribution and brand management in Japan and China.
He started his career at Prudential Insurance Company of America in 1993 and later held the post of an Assistant Director at Prudential Asset Management Asia Hong Kong Limited until 1998. He was a Director at EM Warburg, Pincus & Co, Asia, Limited between 1998 and 2001 and also the Vice President at Investor Asia Limited between 2002 and 2003. He joined the Fung Group in 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Queen’s University in Canada.
