Lotus Asset Management Limited (“Lotus”) is a Hong Kong corporation licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong to engage in Type 4 (advising in securities) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities.
Lotus is founded by senior finance professionals with decades of experience in investment banking, asset management and private banking.
We offer investment funds management services covering traditional and alternative investments via various platforms that best serve our clients’ needs.

Christophe Lee
Chief Executive Offer and Responsible Officer
Mr. Lee has 28 years of financial service industry experience and has worked at Morgan Stanley, Sun Hung Kai Financial, Goldman Sachs and Bankers Trust. He is also a Fintech mentor at HK X Foundation.
Mr. Lee played an active role is the development of the asset management industry in Hong Kong. His HKSAR government appointments include the advisory committee of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) from 2007 – 2009, and the Financial Services Development Council (FSDC) – New Business Committee since March 2013. He led the working group on FSDC paper titled “The Future of Fintech in Hong Kong” published in May 2017. Mr. Lee chaired AIMA Hong Kong (the global trade association for hedge funds) for 8 years from 2004 to 2012. He was voted by AsianInvestor Magazine as one of the “Top 25 most influential people in Asian hedge funds” and by Asia Fund Manager as one of the “Top 50 Industry Leader”.
Mr. Lee is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
Sarakorn (Bobby) Gerjarusak
Chief Risk Officer and Responsible Officer
Sarakorn (Bobby) Gerjarusak is senior global markets professional with expertise in structuring financial products and risk management. Bobby has over 25 years of experience working in major global investment banks, including UBS, Goldman Sachs (MD and Head of FX and Rate Structuring), HSBC, Lehman Brothers, Barclays Capital and Merrill Lynch. Bobby is currently a visiting professor (FinTech, Department of Finance) at the Chinese University Hong Kong.
Bobby had several roles at UBS, including Head of Structuring, where he managed a team of 30 professionals to structure trades across equities, FX, rates and credit. Bobby was also Asia Pacific Head of Non-Core and Legacy, where he led the team dedicated to unwinding assets which UBS did not want to keep on its books. Bobby has a PhD, MS and BS in Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Yale University, and University of Pennsylvania.
